NOTE: A maximum of four (4) presenters per workshop may receive complimentary and/or the discounted registration rate of $195. If you have more than four presenters, please indicate here who will pay the full registration rate available at time of registration.

Proposal Information

		Select the track which best reflects your proposed workshop's content:
		Select how much time is required for your presentation: NOTE: All Three (3) Hour slots will be scheduled for Wednesday morning, before the closing luncheon.
		List any times or days during the conference that you will NOT be available (workshop time assignments will be made based on this information):
		Enter a brief title that clearly reflects your proposed workshop's content:
		Enter a 25-50 word abstract of your workshop for the conference program written in the present tense (e.g.,"This workshop explores..." rather than "This workshop will explore..."):
		Enter a workshop description (not to exceed 500 words) that summarizes the proposed workshop's objectives and content and describes the presentation format.
		Describe the intended audience:
		Enter a brief biographical summary (not to exceed 200 words) of each presenter.
		List any special equipment you will require for your presentation (overhead, flipchart, LCD projector, DVD/VCR/TV, Internet connection): None NOTE: Presenters are required to pay for their own LCD projectors, at a cost of approximately $500. If you choose to bring your own, a screen and stand will be provided at no cost.
