Conference Free Take-One Advertising

General Terms

You can send us brochures and other materials to be passed out to conference attendees.

"Free-Take-One" items offer organizations the opportunity to provide materials to conference attendees at a very low cost.
Materials must be shipped by the advertiser by traceable means directly to the conference location.
All shipping boxes must be clearly labeled.
CWLA cannot act as a vendor for your materials.
CWLA will not return any materials.
CWLA reserves the right to reject materials.
CWLA reserves the right to reject at any time a request to participate in the Free-Take-One exhibit.
Advertisers and/or agencies, jointly and severally, agree to indemnify and hold CWLA harmless from and against any loss, liability, or expense arising out of their participation in the Free Take-One exhibit.
